These terms apply to your use of yurtaltaia.com, our forms and booking calendar, and our text and email messages. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
Our services
Yurt Altaia rents a yurt and grounds in Hocking Hills, Ohio for classes, sessions, workshops, retreats, and group days. Prices and offers on the site describe our current rates. The specific terms of any booking, including holds, confirmations, payments, cancellations, and rescheduling, are set out in your booking confirmation or agreement, which controls if it differs from the site.
Date holds and inquiries
Submitting a date request does not reserve a date until we confirm it with you. A confirmed free hold lasts 14 days unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Text messaging terms
Program: Yurt Altaia inquiry and booking messages. If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Yurt Altaia about your event inquiry and booking, such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. If you check the separate marketing box, you also agree to receive marketing texts about open dates, events, and offers.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the property
Hosts and guests are responsible for their own conduct and their guests' conduct on the property, and for following any rules we share at booking. Outdoor activities such as trail walks involve natural hazards; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

The site's text, photos, and branding belong to Yurt Altaia. Please do not copy them for commercial use without permission. We work to keep information accurate but may correct errors or change prices and offers at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Yurt Altaia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
